One of the best third-person rappers I can think of is kicking off a mini-series of monthly releases with extravagant single ‘Henriquez’, named and inspired by wine-maverick Roberto Henriquez whom Papi befriended whilst in the Bio Bio valley, Chile. 

Dabbla has taken a grimey turn with his latest drop ‘Wave’ produced by long-time friend and collaborator GhostTown, whom fans may remember from the legendary Dead Players expeditions alongside Jam Baxter. 

“I feel like I’m a person of extremes- I can be very serious, hardworking and driven but also know how to get silly and loose, and not take myself too seriously. I wanted this tune to encapsulate that contrast a little – this album in particular tackles some deep topics, but I wanted to show I that I can also have a light-hearted side!”
