A take on a classic. You will all be familiar with The Beatles’ Yellow Submarine, but have you ever travelled in Onoe Caponoe’s cartoon version?

Our Brighton visionary has tried his hand at animation to create the visuals for his latest single, ‘Yellow Submarine’. Looking like some unreleased episode of Adventure Time, Onoe’s moving drawings take us on a deep-sea adventure into the 169 Universe, where cartoon and real-life come together to surreal effect.

The world of Onoe Caponoe, although ambiguous, is becoming more colourful with every release. ‘Yellow Submarine’ is out now on High Focus, with production coming from Zepeda & Akamoto.
