The new single, Your Blood Only, builds on the wholly original sound she started sculpting with the EP. The spiky, eclectic production sounds both industrial and instinctively funky, while her pointedly sharp lyrics and all-encompassing vocals pour over it like syrup. Bellatrix is pioneering pop, and nobody else can sound like this, so keep those peepers peeled.
