Dizraeli returns with Madness

After nearly three years of working, waiting, running at walls, scribbling furious, learning whole new instruments and methods of self, the Candlelit Tour, the Indiegogo campaign, flashes of hope and strings of rejections… It is my very great joy to tell you that the first single from the Unmaster album is out now.

It’s called Madness, and it’s a first glimpse of the world of the album. It’s the first song I’ve ever come away from recording and thought, “yes, that’s it. That’s actually me and what I have to say”. 

It feels very good, and very vertiginous to be sharing a piece of music from this project at long last… It’s a whole new chapter for me – the first record I’ve ever produced completely by myself, and truly, the culmination of everything I’ve made, seen and cared about since I first started making songs. It’s arriving at a first plateau after a long climb.

It goes without saying (why am I saying it then) (because it actually goes with saying) (fine) that this is a ompletely independent release – I have no label, no management, no-one but me and you to make this music travel.
