Sokan Oreoluwa Samuel’ popularly known as ‘YUNGACE’ is no doubt one of the fastest promising artiste in the Nigerian music industry. He started singing at the early age of 13 and at age 16 groomed up under the name ACE before re-branding in 2010 to ‘YUNGACE’. Ever since then he has been consistently working hard to make a name for himself in the industry. On the 3rd of October 2014, ‘YUNGACE’ won the coke studio campus concert held in the UNIVERSITY OF LAGOS and this gave him a chance to showcase live on stage alongside YBNL Boss OLAMIDE. Back in the studio to hone his craft, in 2015 he dropped his first official single titled ‘JOROMI’ which made so much wave within the Unilag community. He went further to team up with chocolate city’s Dice Alies on his Alujo trap single titled ‘KILODE’ late 2016 and released another single in 2018 titled ‘ADURA’. In 2020 he dropped another single featuring Oxlade titled ‘FALL’ which is sure to get you addicted on your first listening. He went on to have an African remix for FALL featuring Nviiri from Kenya and Quamina Mp from Ghana then followed up with a French remix featuring Joe Kingston from France and Jupiter Davibe from Guinea. In Feb 2024, he released a soothing EP titled PAWN with amazing records like XTRA YAWA, SIN, SAWA, FEAR GOD and HOSSA YungAce is set to have our minds blown as alot of work is being put into place. Good talent is hard to go unnoticed. However more profitable than gold, good talent is a good brand. The ‘YUNGACE’ brand is increasingly growing and commanding attention.
