My name is Sokipre Duke, popularly go by the moniker “Sokybeat”. I’m an unconventional music producer and sound engineer, who has amassed years of music industry knowledge & experience, working with various labels and artistes, and contributing to a lot of projects. I believe a mixture of fusion, together with conventional genres in general, usually provide artistes with a unique style and pattern that can lead to breakthrough success in the mainstream. And I operate with this ideology in my career endeavors. I’m a fan of good songwriting, rhymes and music fusion influences such as Burna Boy; he’s a huge influence in the Afro-Fusion community. He has shown us repeatedly not to be afraid to experiment with fusion. Fusion is the future.
