Today we’re proud to give you the first listen of ‘Mummy’s Little Soldier’ by Weird Sex, a glorious proto-punk anthem that draws inspiration from the likes of Suicide and The Cramps.

You know the drill by now, Roadkill comes out with a cassette and then after a year you are assaulted by monster bands like Sly Persuaders, Saint Agnes and Muertos. We all learned the lesson from Roadkill Vol.1. So never underestimate these poisonous tapes.

Roadkill Records is back on full DIY mode with Broken Soundtracks and Weird Sex. Both bands are featured on this limited edition cassette split EP with cover design by visual artist Jake Griffiths.

Broken Soundtracks / Weird Sex Split EP will be released on 17 March with a launch show at Camden’s Lock Tavern featuring special guests Secret Tongues and Average Sex.
