Percussion-heavy minimalists Rattle have released their self-titled debut album courtesy of Upset the Rhythm and I Own You Records.

Since forming in Nottingham in 2011, Katharine Eira Brown and Theresa Wrigley have been developing their sound through experimenting with unorthodox drum rhythms which, married with ethereal, Siren-like vocals, makes for a wholly original concept.

The release follows a busy period of touring, which included appearances at festivals Supernormal, Supersonic and Dot to Dot, showcasing the duo’s ritualistic live set.
