Hazel L. better known as Me Loshaw. She is a Spanish Latin singer-songwriter and musician who began her career at the age of 21. Loshaw studies music and business at the college in Toronto, Loshaw states “I was trying to fit into a normal life, getting a well-paying career since music would never make me successful, but I still ran my business out on the side.” She then left her city and her country, to give a new impetus to her career and start it from a new perspective. Loshaw says: “I was scared, I didn’t know what I would be going through, I didn’t know anyone, I didn’t even speak the language at all. But I had a strong desire within which kept me going.” At 21, Loshaw studied abroad, she notes that it was not an easy job leaving home to live new adventures, but it was worth it. Loshaw finally enrolled in the Toronto ACTORS ASSOCIATION, better known as ACTRA. At age 23, Loshaw landed a contract with Toronto AGENCY that would manage her career in television and media, working with other artists, producers and musicians, she learned about the entertainment business and decided to move forward. Loshaw says: “After working with Tim Baker’s production team and not receiving a dime for my collaboration, I realized how corrupt this industry could be, so I decided not to let anyone manage my career but me. “And not working for someone else for free… Many talents were not paid and the agency out of shame revealed that they would not come.” LOSHAW FOUNDED HER OWN RECORD LABEL, SHE GOT SPONSORSHIPS WITH MEXICAN TELEVISION AND LATIN AMERICAN RADIOS. HER COLLABORATION WITH OTHER ARTISTS LED HER TO BE THE CURRENT PRODUCER OF THE BILLBOARD GRAMMY WITH WHICH SHE WORKS. MAKING MEMORABLE HIT SONGS WITH OTHER ARTISTS. Loshaw’s label goals are to bring the opportunity to other people to land inside the industry. People who has been denied in castings but remind talented and hard working.
