Nicknamed Linoleum by her former school teacher, Empress Linoleum embarked on her journey at a young age. Discovering a hidden world all around her, she began translating her experience into music and art. Sound became a form of expression. Her production is clean, dreamy and heavy all at once, with metallic sounds and Alt Hip Hop drums hitting in all the right places. Her soft sung vocals compliment her laid-back rap and she ties it all together with bouncy kicks and heavy bass.
