MAFF’s ‘Desfile’ comes fresh off the trail as the first English single from their upcoming ‘Melaniña’ EP. Inspired by Gomez’ first child Augusta, the EP’s title is an acronym combining the word ‘melanin’ (a group of natural pigments found in most organisms), chosen since Augusta is slightly albino, with the word ‘niña’, Spanish for little girl. As an accompanying teaser, MAFF have collaborated with Pennsylvania’s Tim Busko to release a hazy black-and-white video for ‘Act 2’. Check it out here.
